1. About the Platform

Coffee Ready to Go is a free coordination platform operated by Filtra Labs, Creative Coffee Hub (CNPJ: 63.231.364/0001-00), headquartered at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1811 — São Paulo, SP, Brasil.

The platform connects coffee hosts (who publish available coffee), buyers (who express intent to purchase), and travelers (willing to transport coffee). All coordination happens directly between parties via WhatsApp.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a profile and using Coffee Ready to Go, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Nature of the Service

Coffee Ready to Go is a coordination tool only. We do not:

• Process payments or handle financial transactions of any kind
• Ship, transport, or deliver any products
• Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any coffee listed
• Act as a party to any transaction between users
• Provide insurance or liability coverage for deliveries

All transactions, payments, and deliveries are arranged directly between users at their own risk and responsibility.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and listings
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding the transport and sale of food products
• Respect customs regulations and import/export restrictions when transporting coffee across borders
• Communicate respectfully with other users
• Not use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Not misrepresent the origin, quality, or characteristics of coffee products

5. Customs and Legal Compliance

Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all customs regulations, import/export laws, agricultural inspection requirements, and food safety regulations applicable to their country of origin and destination. Coffee Ready to Go does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of transporting coffee products across any borders.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coffee Ready to Go and Filtra Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any transaction, delivery, or interaction between users
• The quality, safety, or condition of any coffee product
• Losses, damages, or delays during transport
• Customs seizures, fines, or legal consequences
• Any dispute between users
• Platform unavailability or technical errors

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and code on Coffee Ready to Go are the property of Filtra Labs. Users retain ownership of the content they create (listings, descriptions, etc.) but grant Filtra Labs a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any user account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity on the platform
• Misrepresentation of identity, coffee products, or delivery capabilities
• Violation of applicable local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to customs regulations, food safety laws, and consumer protection legislation
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Use of the platform for illegal purposes, including smuggling or trafficking
• Repeated failure to fulfill delivery commitments
• Any conduct that, in our judgment, harms the platform, its reputation, or its users

Upon account deletion, all associated data — including profile information, coffee listings, orders, trips, matches, and communication history — will be permanently removed from the platform. This action is irreversible.

Users may also request voluntary deletion of their account at any time by contacting us at hub@filtralabs.com.

9. No Warranty

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brasil.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
